Pure pwnage

Hi!

I just thought I'd share an amusing website that I found:

I bought a "T-Shirt of Pure Pwnage" and a bumper sticker that says, "i pwn noobs."

I thought both were pretty hilarious.

Apparently Pure Pwnage is also a TV show? I've never seen it (or even ever heard of it -- well, until now that is). Has anyone seen it? I think I'm going to download a few episodes and see if it's any good.

Ok, I've seen several episodes, so now I'm going to update this thread.

The Verdict:

While Jeremy and Kyle (et alia) seem to capture SOMETHING, I'm not at all convinced that it's enough for them to continue making episodes. Don't get me wrong, there are amusing scenes and so on (especially for gamers who can identify with what's going on), but it's not enough of a basis to stretch across too many episodes. I think the best case scenario would be a Harold and Kumar type adventure; perhaps focused on Jeremy and Kyle (and whoever else) going to the E3 or something, with their intro story and side adventures along the way -- but I think that's about the most they could hope for (and I'm not suggesting that they are either the people to do it or not to do it, simply that it is something which could be done, given the right producer, director, cast).


On the up side, I still think the t-shirts and stickers are funny!

So, Zoe, if you're still on dial-up, then you probably won't want to take the time to D/L their episodes (if you were even considering it) -- at least, that's my own humble opinion.
