I could have poked a hole in that 0 if comcast wasn't giving me so much trouble lately. The only thing keeping me away from DSL is the fact that I also have to switch my phone line. But you know what, comcast is getting so bad that I think I am going to have to suck it up and do it.

Sitting here humming the song Memories, a tear running down my face. Whoa, anyway, it is much more enjoyable now that so many of your are such deadeyes now. It is great to have any of us be able to take a level at any given moment(except Killbilly that one is mine all mine, down down down, go go go, mine!! ) I just wish I could quit whining about my connection, I know it gets old and I am sorry for that. I just like to give my best game and sometimes it is impossible. I sent Zoe a screenie of the chaos of the jumps I have with multiple Packetloss to the server for all you doubters(Corn) It is all servers, Carnages is the worst, and the Rankin are just plain ugly. Who knows, once this free 3 months of DSL is over I might try one more ISP. And once we migrate over to 2k7, maybe those will be smooth Smilie

Thanks for not kicking me when I am on a connection rant.

I'm hoping you can get your connection sorted out Hook. I've been lucky in almost always having a solid connection. Even when I was on 56k, it was pretty solid. High ping, but very stable. I'd get the occasional rough period that would last for a month or so, but it always got straightened out. Since I've been on cable my connection has mostly been great. I had some rough patches a couple of months ago, but I think everybody was having problems. I'm guessing it was issues with our service provider, or the routing in the Chicago area.

one of my students at the dojo is a FIOS tech and keeps telling me how cool it is and that it's coming to my county. I tolerate Comcast, though I find paying $100 a month for internet and TV is quite a lot. Perhaps I'm just an old fart but I do recall when my first isp (back in 98') charged $14 per month, $120 a year if you paid up front. Of course, playing online Unreal looked like a epileptic seizure in a strobe light factory.
